Cancellation and refund policy

Paid plans are one-time digital-access purchases and do not renew automatically.

Cancellation

There is no subscription or auto-debit to cancel. A Core or Pro purchase unlocks the stated plan for 90 days. Access ends automatically at the expiry date unless you make a separate renewal purchase.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once paid access has been activated. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, plan changes, or change-of-mind requests. This does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe the same purchase was charged more than once, or a captured payment did not activate access, contact pyq.tnpsc.in@gmail.com with the payment ID. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected through the original payment method.

Failed payments

A failed or uncaptured payment does not activate a plan. Any debit reversed automatically by the bank or Razorpay is not a merchant refund and follows the payment provider's processing timeline.
