Information we process

We process account details such as name and email, learning activity such as attempts and progress, device and security signals, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.

Payments

Razorpay processes payment credentials directly. The Hub receives transaction identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status for verification, support, accounting, and entitlement delivery. We do not receive card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver study features, calculate progress, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and improve the product.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, database, payment, monitoring, and analytics providers only as needed to operate the service. They process information under their own security and privacy obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing pyq.tnpsc.in@gmail.com. Some transaction and security records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
